Updated picture of my tank. 

Removed the moss to show some driftwood and added 5 mini puffers to clean up the snails, move the crypt to the back of the tank 

Added blaxa japonica to the front of the tank 

Updated pic, looks like the Tiget Lotus grows quite healthy after I re-position it in front of the tank with lots of lights
